Multi-criteria Analysis for development plan and biodiversity offsets

Summary: The final assignment for GEOG3303 (Environmental Policy and Planning) was to wear the hat of a consultant and use multi-criteria analysis skills to devise a development plan in Jurien Bay that will have as little environmental impact as possible and to identify two areas most suitable for biodiversity offsets. The end result was the revised development plan and the recommended offset scenarios that will inform stakeholders of how the development plan can proceed while meeting environmental, social, and economic goals.
